How funny...I created this blog over 4 years ago during a blogging workshop....and well, that was that!! Not sure what happened...but better late than never!?
What triggered me? I guess I was inspired by Andy's www.lobster-thermidor.blogspot.co.uk ...if he can cook and blog, well then....I know I can cook, but can I blog?
Don't hold your breath...it may be another 4 years.
